As you can see from the pictures…these vacation homes are Five Stars! Each home comes with a game room in the garage and a nice Spa out by the pool. They were professionally decorated with high-end furniture, carpets, drapes, and of course comfortable new bedding. The appliances throughout the house are top of the line.
Each vacation home rental offers a fully equipped kitchen large enough to cook a Thanksgiving feast. These homes all offer flat screen TV’s, FREE cable and of course WIFI. Your family might just say let’s stay home today and not go to the theme parks (Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando and SeaWorld Orlando).

Booking Process:
- We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to make a reservation and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
- If you’re traveling during Christmas or Easter/Spring Break Period, we require $100 non-refundable deposit and the balance paid 45 days prior to arrival.
- Property Protection Fee: $200 this is paid to the property management company at time of registration.
- Check In Time is at 4:00pm and Check Out Time is 10:00am
