Do you have a teenager who’s a picky eater but can never get enough of the foods they do like? Take a look at these four buffets that give everyone something to try and offer the all-you-can-eat value you need when feeding hungry teens.

1: Villa de Flora

This buffet restaurant is located inside the luxury Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. It’s open for breakfast and dinner, serving all American classics for breakfast and interesting Italian and Mediterranean food in the evenings. You can also stop by for a contemporary Sunday brunch, too! There you’ll find a manned carving station, omelet and pasta stations, and well as a variety of foods that can be cooked and cut to order.

2: Sweet Tomatoes

souplantationKnown through much of the country by their alternate name Souplantation, this buffet is always fresh and offers an incredible salad bar. It’s one of the few restaurants in the Orlando area that offers tons of choices for those looking for healthy alternatives, plus vegetarians and vegans. Everyone can find something lovely here though, including a wide range of soups, muffins, breads, and pastas. You’ll also find unique daily specials that may include Asian, Italian, and seasonal items.

4: El Palacio

el-palacioIf you’re looking for something a little different, but still picky-eater approved, El Palacio may be your best bet. You won’t find frills, you won’t find fine dining, and you won’t have success sticking to a diet here. However, you will get to sample some delicious Dominican and Puerto Rican food, including empanadas, yucca, platanos, and tons of other goodies. The adults in your group can check out some Authentic Latin beers, like Modelo and Presidente, while the kids can take a crack at some specialty Latin sodas. Lunch and dinner are both less than $7 so this is a great deal for a larger family.
