a. A Swimsuit
It could cooler visiting Orlando in February, but many people visiting still plan on having some pool time at their visit Walt Disney World. If you plan to swim, bring at least two swimsuits per person during your journey. There are heated pools in Disney World and many other places in central Florida. Even though it is a bit cold in the morning or in the evening, you can enjoy a pleasant swim in the afternoons. If you forget to bring swimwear, you can buy swimwear and other swimming costumes in Orlando.
b. Bring along some clothes
In the center of Florida, like the colder months, it’s advisable you take along clothes that you can put on top of each other. This may means long-sleeved shirt, sweater, cardigan, jeans and trousers. Of course, some days may be warmer than others. It is also a good idea to wear shorts, hats or other warm clothes. One of the favourite strategies is to wear different layers of clothing such as shirt and vest or sweater shorts when it is colder during the day.
c. Bring along Shoes
When you come to Disney wearing shoes, you have to make sure you wear comfortable shoes. You will walk a lot; sneakers and tennis are the best choices. Even more so perfect for the cold weather.
d. Outerwear and other accessories
February is still quite an interesting month. And technically, it is still “winter” for Florida – temperatures are very high compared to other snow conditions. So you’re thinking of packing clothes and other accessories that work well at low temperatures. Of course, if you’re coming from a winter situation, you’re probably already at your fingertips on some of these basic principles. Remember, ready-to-wear for Disney World also includes other items than clothing, so here are some of our excellent products for a visit to Florida in February.
- Jackets and coats: February is still quite cold. In fact, in recent years, temperatures have fallen to 30 degrees. Too cold at the center of Florida! For this reason, it is recommended that you wear at least one light jacket or one winter jacket. If the temperature gets hot, you won’t have to worry. But if the weather is cold, you’ll be happy to have them at your fingertips.
- Hats and mittens: Night can be very cold at Disney. Your hands and head are a little cold if you are late for a night of fireworks, late night crossings or extra hours of magic. Wear thin gloves and a hat to keep you warm while enjoying all the nightlife that Disney has to offer. If you have kiddos, this is an indispensable element for your trip.
- Umbrellas and Ponchos: If you have a place with pockets and umbrellas, do not forget to bring a small poncho or umbrella, as long as the weather permits, it rains a lot. Of course, even if you don’t have room for them, you can easily get ponchos in parks, resorts or a local store.
- A blanket(s): This is one of our favorite products for winter. A small cover on your backpack or stroller can be perfect for packing at night while waiting for a parade or fireworks.

1. Elmo’s Birthday from the 2nd – 3th February

2. Seven Seas food Festival: from 9th February
The famous Seven Seas Food Festival returns to SeaWorld with more love in the spring. As you stroll and stroll through the park, you’ll discover first-class delicacies while tasting local craft beers and drinks from around the world. Live performances at Bay side Stadium, where top artist will be featuring.
- Water! You’ll want to take a walk in the park and surely get thirsty. Especially if it’s hot and it’s easy to shop in the park but it will cost.
- Swimsuit or change of clothes
- One towel (or two!). All in all, we’re talking about SeaWorld and will be on the water. There are other places to get wet – sea lions, the journey to Atlantis (my favorite!) Or, worse, Rio Loco. Some tours are nice, but certainly not free, they have a hair dryer near the exit as you bring a towel!
- A bag of snacks. Even if you decide to take your lunch in the park, bring your own snacks, not only your wallet, but also your mental health if you have children. Why always hungry? My son walked about half a day with a hiking bag in his hand.
- A stroller: perhaps your kids are a little on the big slide, there will be too much walking and a baby carriage will give them a nice break.
Whether you’re coming for business or leisure, February is a great time to visit Orlando as there’s little rain and temperatures are pleasantly warm but not unbearable. The crowds during February are also low and you can expect a variety of fun events.
