Swiss Family Tree House at Magic Kingdom
Inspired by the 1960 Disney film Swiss Family Robinson, this is a giant tree house that guests of all ages are welcome to climb and explore. You’ll find a kitchen, library, bedrooms and a family room. Of particular interest is the water wheel, which pulls water up to the top of the tree where it’s dumped into an elaborate plumbing system of bamboo shoots. There are also some great views of the park, including a nice look at Cinderella Castle.
Note: It may seem like a great idea, but watching the Wishes fireworks from the treehouse is not advisable as the branches block much of the view.
There is no height requirement for this ride.

This attraction never generates a line and is great to visit in the middle of the day when most rides have long lines.

- This tree contains over 300,000 lifelike polyethylene leaves that appear to grow on 1,400 man-made branches.
- The song that continually plays is entitled, “The Swisskapolka.”
