We charge a small deposit of $50 on all hotel reservations, and the remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival. If you need to cancel as long as you notify us prior to 15 days of your arrival we will cheerfully refund $35 of your $50 deposit.
To make a vacation home reservation we require a $50 non-refundable deposit. The balance of your vacation home, townhome or condo will be charged 30 days prior to your reservation date.
If you are staying in a vacation home, townhome, or condo the management company that is in charge of looking after the unit will charge all guests a property protection fee. This fee works just like insurance, and if anything should be damaged or broken while you are staying in the home, this property protection fee will cover the damages up to $250. Please note, since this fee is charged by the management companies it is not included in the total price.
If you are ordering pool heat for your vacation home or townhome you will need to arrange this with the management company. Affordable Travel cannot be responsible for the pool heat since the property management company offers this service.
We will do everything in our power to make sure our guests have a great time in Orlando. If there is issues with your stay please contact Affordable Travel at 1-800-633-7108 ext 7007 and we will do our best to make your issue go away.
There will be no compensation if you notify us of any issues after you have checked out. It is only fair that our company be given the opportunity to make right any issues you have while you are in town.
You may order Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld Orlando tickets from us, and we mail them only at your Orlando hotel or vacation home upon your arrival to Orlando or we can mail you the theme park tickets. We suggest to all our guests to order your tickets early. There is no charge to order the tickets, and we do not charge you until 10 days prior to your arrival as long as you book your lodging with us. If the theme park tickets go up we promise to email you of the price increase and if you an opportunity to buy them at the old price.
Once we have sold the tickets and the guests have paid for them we cannot exchange or provide refunds for the tickets.
Please be aware that your Walt Disney World ticket purchase does not include park reservations. Reservations will need to be made once you receive your tickets from us. During high seasons, reservations are not guaranteed. Please check park availability prior to your purchase with us. Tickets are non-refundable.
