This beautiful, fully furnished villa with no rear neighbors is a must see and is just 10 minutes from Disney! 4 of the 7 bedrooms are en suites. 2 of the en suites are on the ground floor. Flat screen TVs in living room and all bedrooms. Air-conditioned, carpeted games room with a pool table and air hockey table. Kitchen with upgraded Cabinets and countertops. Breakfast Area is off the kitchen. French Doors lead you out to the Pool that has a raised, spill-over spa with outdoor shower, screened enclosure, patio dining, half bathroom, and pool loungers. Kids will love the Princess themed room with bunk beds and the Star Wars themed bedroom that has two twin beds.

Enjoy the beautiful gated community of Formosa Gardens located just 10 minutes to Walt Disney World! Please note the minimum age requirement for renting this home is 25 years of age. Our vacation homes include a starter kit for our guests. Longer stays may need to purchase additional supplies for their home. No parties are allowed at this property. No trailers or sixteen passenger vans. Vehicles must be parked within parking spot. No blocking sidewalks. Any violations may result in vehicles being towed. The total price does not include the $85 property protection fee processed six days prior to arrival.
