This is paid by the guest to the front desk at check-in - Booking Policy: We only require a $50 deposit to make a reservation and the remaining balance is due 15 days prior to arrival. If you need to cancel your reservation if you notify us prior to 15 days of arrival we will cheerfully refund you $35 of the $50 deposit.
