1.Are you related in any way to a Timeshare? No, we do not deal with timeshares. We are one of the largest hotel consolidators in Orlando. Our business model is to afford our guests outrageous customer service with the lowest prices available in the market. We have been able to do this by our unique marketing approach. 2.I'm traveling with a large party, what would you recommend? For parties of four or more, we recommend booking one of our many Orlando vacation rental properties. Not only are they spacious, clean, new and comfortable. As a rule, you can often book one night for less than the price of two hotel rooms! 3.Where can I pick up my theme park tickets? Can I have them delivered? All of your tickets will be waiting for you at the property's front desk. You may also choose to have them delivered to your home via UPS for a slight additional fee. All ticket orders will be at the hotel day of arrival (unless your order was submitted last minute….in that case, you will be told when to expect the tickets) If you are staying in a vacation pool home, the tickets will be at the CHECK-IN OFFICE, not the home. If you arrive at the check-in office after hours, your tickets will be locked up safely inside the office. Which means you will need to pick them up the following morning prior to going to the parks. Frequently Asked Questions on Booking 1.Am I required to pay everything up front? No, we only require a $ 50 deposit to guarantee our discounted prices. Not until 15 days prior to arrival is your remaining balance due. 2.When will my final payment be due? Final payments for all vacation homes, condos, town homes and hotels are due 15 days to the date of arrival. Tickets are charged by Billy Boy’s Tickets on the 10th day prior to your arrival. 3.What is your cancellation policy? As long as you notify us of your need to cancel your reservation at least 15 days prior to arrival we will cheerfully refund to you your deposit of less our small cancellation fee of $ 15. That cancellation fee is not per night but per order. For reservations canceled inside of the 15 day period for hotels, it would carry a one night cancellation fee. For homes and town homes the cancellation fee inside the 15 days is two nights…that is the case up until 5 nights prior to arrival. Cancellations for vacation homes inside five nights of arrival will not receive their money returned. 4.When I book an Orlando Vacation home, will I know exactly which specific property I will be staying at? The management company which supplies a limited number of homes at these wholesale rates has a unique business model. The reason that your rate being some 30% to 40% below market is that they are using your reservation to fill in the gaps for their Executive and Standard Vacation Pool Homes. In light of that, your reservation is blind at the time of booking as to which home has been designated for you. We do know the communities your home will be in. They are: Sanctuary, Windward Bay, Legacy Park and Highlands Reserve. Once we get four days from your arrival, if you need emergency phone numbers and info, you can contact the management company and get the contact info for the home that has been assigned to you. 5.When will I know which home I will be in? Most guests will find out when they check into the Welcome Center. However, if you need to know where you are staying for those back home, we will know the fourth day from arrival which home has been assigned to you. |
