  • Kristi Gilley

What is the NO TIME SHARE TOURS REQUIRED? Are you a Time Share company? Only $50 booking fee? I have got messed up in a Time Share thing and I do not want to get messed up with it again.

  • TreyDuling

    Hey Kristi,

Great question and thanks for asking it. We are not a time share company and to get our low nightly rates on our vacation homes or hotels there are no special requirements. We simply work with a few select hotels and vacation home properties to assist them in their marketing efforts. One of the requirements these properties must do to work with us is give us their absolute lowest rate possible so we may pass the savings onto our customers such as you.

To make a reservation we only require a small deposit of $50 and the remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival. If something should need to cancel your reservation between now and 15 days of your arrival all you have to do is call us. If you should need to cancel your reservation, we will cheerfully refund $35 of your deposit to you as long as it is within 15 days of your arrival.

Hope this clears everything up for you.
    Thanks,

    Trey

Hi I am trying to call you from the UK, but it ring a few times then cuts off?

  • tlhusky@twc.com

My family is wanting to rent a pool house at the end of May and was wondering if you allow pets? We have a small 5lb dog.

  • TreyDuling

    Dear Lisa,
I am so sorry, could you email me your phone number to trey@orlandovacation.com and I will have one of our customer service reps give you a call.

  • TreyDuling

Yes, we do have a few townhomes and condos which do allow dogs. The townhomes are located in Terra Verde, Emerald Island or Windsor Palms. The rates start as low as $74 a night for a 2 bedroom condo and the 3 bedroom townhomes start at $84 a night during the time you will be visiting Orlando.

If you let me know which one you want we will be more than happy to e-mail you a quote along with pictures of the unit.

  • tlhusky@twc.com

We were looking for a home with a private pool. Do any of those allow pets, she a great dog 2 years old and will be in he kennel when we are not there.

  • TreyDuling

Unfortunately, all of our vacation homes do not allow pets. However, our 3 bed 3 bath townhomes at Windsor Palms do have small splash pools, and they do allow pets.

  • Linda

I already book a vacation with the deposit…. would I be able to change the date?

  • http://www.orlandovacation.com/ OrlandoVacation

    Dear Linda,

You most certainly can change your dates of arrival providing it is not too close to your arrival date. Please note if you booked a vacation rental home since we do not own the homes we can change the dates within 15 days of arrival.
Just call our office at 1-800-641-4008 and we will be happy to assist.
    Thanks,

My son has just been diagnosed with a condition called Reflexive Neurvasucular Dystrophy- RND- He gets pain all over his body and walking can become very difficult. He is not going to want a wheel chair- and exercise is very benificial- however It is important that he does not become over tired. I was thinking of getting a double stroller for if he gets tired. Is there anything else / another way we can make sure this is an enjoyable experience for him- a way to make sure he has energy to enjoy multiple days? suggestions and help would be greatly appriciated.

  • Trey

    Dear Colleen,

Thank you for the question and we look forward to having you in town. How old is your son? This will help us in our recommendations.

A couple of suggestions- I would recommend staying at a hotel on Disney World property. These hotels offer free shuttle service to the parks every 30 minutes which would be a great help to you all. I would recommend going to the parks in the morning and staying for 3 to 4 hours then go back to the hotel to rest. Then I would try to be back in the park around 5 pm and stay til it closes. This will give you 7 or 8 hours a day in the park but it also breaks the day up so everyone can get some rest. It is interesting to note, from 5 to 7 is when the rides at Disney World are the shortest. I would also recommend talking to the Disney Customer Service Agent, they have a kiosk located at the front of each park. These agents will be able to assist you and your son with a special pass which will let him have access to a special waiting area so he does not have to stand in the heat waiting in the long line for the rides.

The double stroller is a great idea. In fact, I have 3 kids and I make all of them ride in the strollers from ride to ride when we are at Disney. I do this because my kids have a tendency to get separated from us quite easily.

Please feel free to give me a call at 1-800-641-4008 ext 7007 if you have any more questions.

    Thanks,

    Trey

    Dear Evonne,
Our phones were down last week. Windstream, our long distance carrier, had a major outage which knocked out our toll free numbers for about 6 hours. If you have not changed your dates yet please email me your new dates to trey@orlandovacation.com and I will take care of this for you today.
    Thanks,

How can I request a particular room selection at the holiday inn sun spree resort. With poolside upper level with balcony.

  • Shequaveyha Stinson

Ok thanks, I’m not sure what’s the best hotel to choose considering to be close by universal, shopping areas, and other attractions nearby. But also keeping in mind I want a nice hotel that offer free amenities such as breakfast. Or on site bars and stores.

  • TreyDuling

We can always request the room and we do have great success in meeting our customers request. However, please understand we will do our best to meet your request but we cannot guarantee you a specific room.

    Hello,
my name is gretchan and I’m looking for a 7 bedroom house or 2 four bedroom house close by each other preferably in the crescent lakes area or nearby as i’m pretty familiar with this area. My dates are dec.22 to 29 2013 and my budget for the week is $2000.00. Any assistance you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, gretchan

I have purchased our Hotel reservations and our park ticket through you last week. I had made a few changes. My concern is that I was trolling around your site more and noticed that you have Universal tickets for a purchase of 2 days get 2 days free. I did not notice that on the page that I was on to add tickets to my package. and further more I noticed on the other websites that the deal I purchased from you which was buy two days get one free, is only good if the tickets are used on or by June 17 and we are not scheduled to arrive until June 30. Upon checking out there was no error message saying that it was not available at the time of our vacation.
