Question about 2003 Park Hopper Tickets

I have a 4 day park hopper pass from 2003 that me and my husband still had 2 days left on, we are going back and were told that they are still good to use the other two days. Is this correct? Please let me know thanks.

Yes, you may use the two extra days left on your park hopper tickets. In 2003, all Disney World tickets came with the non-expiration option already added to them.

The numbers are in!!!!!!

Orlando tourism board came out the 2006 expected tourist numbers and Orlando had 1,000,000 less people than we did in 2005.

2005: the total number of visitors to Orlando was 67,000,000
2006: the total number of visitors to Orlando is 66,000,000

I find these numbers somewhat alarming since we had a record Spring last year and we were on pace to shatter the all time attendance record in Orlando, only to find ourselves falling behind even what we did in 2005. Also, don't forget the hurricane season was very light as compared to 2004 and 2005, so we saw record number of visitors in the fall.

I haven't seen the full month by month numbers yet but this goes to show that the summer of 2006 must have been awfully slow.

Latest Questions

Hey all,

Lisa here with two more questions and answers from our reader mail.

Question #1: Is there a number to call to rent a scooter or electric wheelchair, or do I need to bring my own?

Answer: Scooter and wheelchair rental is available at each of the theme parks. However, should you require a rental for the full length of your vacation, several options are available to you. One of the best known is Care Medical Equipment, 1-800-741-2282. Care offers a variety of medical equipment for rent, including electric wheelchairs and scooters. Another option is Walker Mobility Products, 1-888-SCOOTER. Many other options exist as well, as a web search will reveal. Be sure to call around and compare prices, and be sure to ask what the company's policy is should the scooter or chair need to be replaced during your vacation.

Question #2: What is included in a 4 day Magic Your Way ticket?

Answer: Well, it depends on your exact ticket. A Base Ticket offers admission to any of the 4 Disney theme parks, one park per day, and will expire 14 days after first use. Add-on options include Park Hopper and No Expiration. Park Hopper allows you to visit multiple parks in the same day. With the No Expiration offer, if you do not use a day on your ticket, you can keep it to use on your next vacation.
