Last night the hotel Royal Plaza had their Grand Opening Party. I must tell you the hotel is absolutely stunning! If you are coming to Orlando on a vacation and you want to stay inside Disney's Maingate I would strongly suggest this property.
In 2004, the Hotel Royal Plaza was damaged due to 3 major hurricanes hitting the Orlando area. At that time the owners decided to not only fix the areas which were damaged, but they also decided to remodel the entire hotel. They brought the hotel down to it's studs and rebuilt the entire property with all the amenities you would expect from a 4 star hotel inside Disney World's Maingate.
